Candidates seeking admission on seats to their respective categories are required to submit the following documents along with their admission forms.
1. Candidates residing in Cantonment areas shall have to submit a residence certificate from the
Cantonment Board, Wah Cantt.
2. Children of Retd Armed Forces Personnel shall attach a service certificate /pension book of the concerned unit.
3. Children of FGEI's (Cantt& Garrison) employees shall submit a certificate from the head of the office/institution.
4. Children of Civilian paid out of Defence Estimates shall be required to furnish a certificate from the concerned office that they are being paid out of the Defence Estimates.
5. Guardianship will not be accepted if the father is alive
All mentioned certificates have to be up to date. No outdated certificates will be entertained.
No Re- Admission to first year will be allowed except in cases where a student could not appear in the first year examinations owing to medical reasons. Prior information in this respect will be given to the college.
Candidate with senior Cambridge, O/A Level examinations will be granted admission, subject to the availability of seats. The admission will be confirmed only after the results are available, with an equivalence certificate.
Candidate securing at least 60% marks in science subjects will be eligible for getting admission in F. Sc / G. Science.
Candidates who wish to be considered for more than one group shall have to submit separate forms for each group. (Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical, G Science, Arts etc.) within the stipulated period. (Mention clearly the main subjects)
Acceptance of application form will not necessarily mean acceptance of a candidate for admission. In their own interest candidates are advised to apply for admission to other local colleges as well.
Incomplete admission forms or forms containing incorect or false information shall stand rejected forthwith.
Transfer from one category to another will not be permissible unless and until the candidate has applied for that category.
No student will be accepted on casual basis.
Migration from local colleges is not allowed.
The candidate passing SSC in the current year will be considered only, for admission.
Students who have passed SSC with Biology are liable to get admission in HSSC Pre Medical group on merit.
In HSSC Humanities students will be offered computer Science only on merit.
A combination will be offered in HSSC if at least 15 students are admitted in the relevant subject.
Students who have studied G. Math at SSC Level will not be allowed to take any combination with Mathematics at HSSC Level.
Admitted students will not be considered after closing date of fee mentioned in the list.
Students who are desirous of taking English Literature must pass the aptitude test and must have at least 70% marks in English (Compulsory) at SSC Level.
An aptitude Test of F. Arts will be conducted to qualify for it.
Candidates securing at least 60% marks at SSC level will be allowed to take psychology.
FG Postgraduate College for women welcomes all applicants qualified to achieve the educational goals, the college shall call for admission applicant through proper media as soon as SSC/ HSSC result is announced Those wishing to apply shall have to submit a properly filled in Admission application form to the office of the college before the last date advertised for the purpose.
After filling the admission form a student will have to attach the following:
A certificate of good moral character.
An attested copy of the marks sheet must be attached.
If a student has passed SSC from any other Board except the Federal Board, an attested copy of Migration Certificate must be attached.
If a student is migrating from any other college then she must attach a college leaving certificate.
One passport size colored photograph with blue background.
One attested photo copy of Form B.
Photocopy of Discharge certificate/ Pension book for Retired Armed Forces Personnel & Retired FGEI (C/G) Employees.
Residence certificate issued by the Cantonment Board as the proof of Residence is to be submitted at the time of interview (for civilians only)
At the time of interview, the selected candidates are directed to go through the college prospectus thoroughly and come in college uniform along with their father / mother. They must bring the following documents:
1. Original Marks Sheet, Form B or ID Card.
2. Original Discharge Certificate, Pension Book (Retired Army Personnel)
3. Original Service Card (POF, Defence Paid, Serving Army Personnel / Employees)
4. Two passport size-colored photographs with blue background (Un attested) and the candidate's and her father's name should be written on the back of the photograph.
5. Original Migration Certificate in case of Board other than Federal Board.
6. All the required documents should be presented properly in a file cover/ folder.
An individual holding an HSSC certificate from a Pakistani board or any equivalent certificate from any
recognized institute, with at least 2n° division or its equivalent grade is eligible for admission. Selection
shall be merit based.
Candidates who have opted for English Literature at F.A Level as elective subject will get additional
For candidates of A-Level who have studied English Literature as elective subject, marks of English
marks.
Literature will be considered as subject marks.
(They will not get additional 20 marks for studying English Literature)
For candidate of A-Level who belong to Science / Commerce Group, marks of English Language in
O-Level will be considered as "Subject Marks" since English language is not compulsory at A-Level.

Preference will be given to the students who have studied Islamic Studies as an elective subject at Intermediate level.

Intermediate with Mathematics and Computer Science
Intermediate with Mathematics and Statistics
F.Sc Pre Medical with additional Mathematics
At least 60% marks in DAE in a relevant discipline.
Students who have not studied Physics will have to clear aptitude test for Physics.
Students only with the following subjects combination and with First Division in F.Sc can apply for BS Mathematics.
F.Sc / ICS / General Science with Mathematics and Statistics.
F.Sc / ICS with Mathematics and Physics.
DAE (Diploma in Associate Engineering)) with Mathematics and Physics.
